Our allergen-free station houses products separate from the main kitchen, away from common food allergy substances: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, fin fish, and gluten. Separate equipment, storage areas, utensils and preparations areas minimize the chance of gluten and allergens. Simple Servings staff are carefully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items.
To properly plan this specialty meal, please share with the chef your dietary restrictions. This option is available seven days a week, during standard business hours.
